The Riverbank Foundation is a charity working for a very worthy cause, to get children's A&E services reinstated at Bedford Hospital. Currently under 19's have to be treated in Milton Keynes for an emergency or for overnight care. The Riverbank Foundation want to get services reinstated before there is a fatality on the hands of the NHS as the drive to Milton Keynes is too far for some children in need of urgent medical attention.
Petpiggies is supporting 'Save our Riverbank Ward's' Family Fun Day in Russell Park, Bedford, on Saturday 5 October so please come along to show your support.
There will be lots of exciting things to do including the chance to meet some of Petpiggies micro pig piglets.
