We would like to thank Claire Kenning and her team at Bupa's Abbotsbury Residential Home in Biggleswade for their kind invitation to Petpiggies to visit and meet some of their residents.

Our micro pigs have enjoyed several trips to care homes this year, most with residents suffering with advanced Dementia, and it's no surprise each visit brings us firmly back down to Earth.

You cannot help being reminded that showing kindness, caring and giving to others is a wonderful gift especially when offered to people in old age.

Having our little piggies around us these past years has done nothing to diminish our interest and fascination with these wonderful animals.

Not much beats a sunny day, cold drink and time spent relaxing with our piggies, it just never gets boring.

We travelled to Bedford today with 6 piglets to help support a local charity and as always the piglets generated a huge amount of interest from hundreds of people who clearly share our love of pigs.

Petpiggies often get calls from people wanting to meet our micro pigs and use piglets in all aspects of the media including videos, TV Commercials, magazines, newspapers and promotional events.

As you can imagine any self respecting micro pig that's likely to be seen in the press would want to look their very best.

It's been a crazy and exhausting week at Petpiggies with new litters arriving and lots of beautiful baby micro pigs to look after.

Mums and piglets are all well and it's lovely to see the little ones bouncing about exploring their environment and learning about life.

A tough, tough week but wouldn't change it for anything.

Our latest litter of micro pigs arrived safely on the 28 August and what a stunning bunch of piglets they are.

The litter includes boys and girls in some of the rarest colours we have ever seen.

Excitement is mounting once again at Petpiggies with the imminent arrival of new litters of Micro pigs.

The gestation period for micro pigs is usually 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days and this helps enormously in making sure all is ready in preparation for mum and the birth of her little ones.

Petpiggies Micro Pigs enjoyed a very sunny afternoon in the company of Danielle Lloyd & special guests following an invitation to attend her Baby Shower.

There were lots of lovely people to meet and all were extremely generous with their cuddles.
